Meet our Management Team

Charles Hubbard - Director of Operations

Charles joined the Foreign Translations team in 2007. Prior to joining, he was an Arabic linguist and signals analyst for the U.S. Army.

Charles brings over 17 years of experience in translation and interpreting services for both corporate and government agencies. He also served as the Lead Administrator for the company's General Services Administration schedule for contracting with the U.S. government.

Charles resides in Greenville, SC, with his wife and two children.

Velda Labbon - Sales & Marketing Manager

Velda has over 20 years experience in Sales and Marketing, working in varied fields such as media, TV and the Translations industry. She brings a long, successful history of working to help companies excel. She is very excited about helping Foreign Translations grow in both market size and client base.

In her free time, Velda enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and traveling.

Luz Torres - Sr. Project Manager

Luz is an experienced project management expert in the translations industry. Her prior work experience includes a large South American translation services provider, as well as a global translations firm. Luz also has a degree in nutrition and is certified in digital marketing.

In her free time, Luz loves learning new things (such as learning how to code!), traveling around the world, and hanging out with her family.

Laura Dalzine - Accounting Manager

Laura Dalzine manages the accounting department. In this role, she oversees the book-keeping and other accounting-related tasks, as well as financial vendor management. Laura brings over 26 years of experience in varied industries, such as retail and hospitality.

She enjoys the great outdoors as well as traveling.

Ale Garza - Sr. Linguist

Alejandra has been an English-Spanish translator and interpreter since 1997. In addition to considerable translation work experience over the years, she has worked in interpreting for the Hispanic community living in the U.S. and as a translator for a major international bank. She also worked as an interpretation teacher for indigenous people around the country.

In her free time, Alejandra enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, listening to rock music, and attending concerts. She is also a big fan of (american) football.
